Tank Fabrication : The tanks are made from Mild Steel which is electrically welded (with welding modern techniques). Cooling radiators made from Pressed steel or from ERW Elliptical tube are provided which are independently pressure tested. The design of tank is made robust leakage free. The guides are provided to securily fix the core coil

assembly in tank & to prevent any movement during transportation and are subjected to pressure test & Vacuum test as per the standards. The tanks are cleaned with Sand/Shot blastry proces and applied with Zinc cromate Primer (heat & oil resistant) Paint & two coat of weather resistant. Synthatic enamil paint is provided on the outside of the transformer of required paint un
